The event

The 18 and 19 February 2024 we had the honor of participating in the Velier Live Milano 2024 , an extraordinary event organized by the prestigious Velier company.

This event brought together the excellence of the world of spirits, liqueurs and gastronomy at the Superstudio Maxi in Milan. Nine thousand square meters that hosted six thousand invited participants: a unique setting that made this occasion even more memorable.

Who is Velier

For over 60 years, Velier has established itself as one of the most authoritative Italian companies in the import and distribution of liqueurs, wines and spirits of high quality, with a particular focus on whiskey and rum.

Luca Gargano, the visionary owner of Velier, has revolutionized the rum panorama, bringing authentic gems to light.

In recent years Velier has collected and collected all those products that tell a story and offer extraordinary sensory experiences.

Velier invests in Pasta Fabbri

Some years ago, Luca Gargano he discovered the our reality and our manufacturing method , falling in love with it immediately. This love led him to decide to include our pasta in the Velier catalogue, and subsequently to become a member of the Pastificio Artigiano Fabbri.

During the Velier Live 2024 event, which was held on 18 and 19 February at Superstudio Maxi in Milan , we had the opportunity to take advantage of a special space: the Trattoria Fabbri .
Expert chefs expertly prepared our pasta for more than five thousand people during the two days, offering delicious dishes such as flying saucers with butter and lemon and tortiglioni and smooth spaghetti seasoned with “Corte d'Assise” sauce from the renowned Calabrian restaurant La Cascina 1899 .

It was an honor to be present at this majestic event with Pasta Fabbri which was paired with the best wines, liqueurs and spirits such as Maccalan, Chartreuse, Capovilla, Billecart-Salmon champagne and many others.
